Yay!! I picked an ABUS 83/45 today

Just farting around. Found the mushrooms and got false set and it was through!... Woot! I had been wrestling with this one for a while... stopped picking for like 6 months and just picked it up and tried again today and BAM! Righteous!

(I don't think this is advanced but if it is... sorry feel free to move it.)

or american lock number 10.

no not yet... I do have an old American 700 that my old boss gave me to play with. It is a big old gnarly lock that I mostly use as an anvil for punching keys with markings. (G3, G1, A, AA, AA1, etc....) I haven"t gotten a hold of any Best locks yet...

the 83 45 can be fitted with more types of cores than.....well a lot.(i own a few weiser schlage,abus cored ones)
are you referring to the ABUS cored 83/45?
i am trying very hard to learn impressioning,and can use more help than a...well you get the idea =)
what core would be best for learning?

The last couple of impression championships (in the Netherlands and Germany) were done on ABUS C83 euro locks.
That kinda makes it the defacto standard.
