hello every one im new to this posting malarky been trying to become a locksmith for 18 months now going ok would call myself a locksmith realy just getting my head around opening era,s and a few union mortice locks still loads to learn but realy enjoy it ,although i struggle with those bloody low levers the pick just seems to get stuck sometimes ,.i spent two hours last nite trying to pick open two eras and could,nt do them ,tonite i,ve opened them both in 10 mins (probobly coz the with and kids have poped out :D and i can cocentrate a bit more

Welcome to the site :D This site holds a wealth of information that I'm sure you'll find helpful as you strive to further your picking skills. Sounds like you're from somewhere in Europe so there isn't too much a lot of us can offer in helping you to become a locksmith in your country but you might find the "Locksmith Business" and the "European Locks" section of some help.
If a lock is a puzzle, then its key is the complete picture
