Few days ago I picking this unusual kind of lock.This is classic wafer lock but with screw extension, so you need to rotate lock many time to open door.
And if you use regular picking approach you need few hours to open this lock because they relock every 1/4 of turning cycle.

So I don t want to pick this lock 40 or 50 time consecutively and to solve this problem I pick this lock just one time and then insert thin rope to simulate key(1-2 min to do this with tension wrench or similar tool) :mrgreen:

@Cyberfox:

That type of "lock" is used to secure the upper half of certain types of vending machines to the lower half securing the candy being vended -- the threaded portion screws into a receptacle coming up through the hopper area and the top cover plate is secured by screwing the lock in with a key until it is properly tightened...

Yes, this lock is from vending machine but I think this is very low security option.
