What do you do when you can't reliably find which pin is binding first? I occasionally encounter this with some higher quality manufactured locks (like Sargent original) where I can't find a pin that consistently binds first, regardless of which direction I apply tension, or from top or bottom of keyway tension. I've tried a stiff tension tool, a twisted light tension tool and even a feather tension tool, all to no avail. I'm miffed at the moment by this lock, even with key in hand and knowing what's inside.
