Hey, I don't use pick guns, so I may be saying a lot of rubbish.
But do you align the tip of the gun with all the pins? So it touches everyone at the same time? If it doesn't, maybe that's the reason it's not working properly.
How about the tension? I think you should use "pulsing tension", light tension and reset it multiple times (not sure about this though)!
Hope you sort it out! Be safe!

yes, i always try to hit the pins at the same time, I also insert the needle as far as it can go in the lock any feedback on that idea?? Then tension im using is a standard tension wrench although i dont think its all that good since it kind of bends when i try to rotate the cylinder of the lock.
Thanks.

Maybe it's because of that. First, insert the needle in the keyway and try to find the last pin. Try to insert it just to there and no more. It may be getting stuck at the back of the lock (specially in padlocks), thus, not allowing the gun to proper functioning. And as for the tension, try a Pulsing tension, as it is working, increase and decrease the tension, reseting every now and then. Don't put up much tension, it wont open Are you, by any chance Portuguese?

Funny you asks. I am from Venezuela myself but my parents are from Galicia which is pretty close. And yes in some point I inserted the needle to far in until it broke, now im trying to reach to the last pin specifically for what I guess you need to know how to feel it.

You don't need to reach the last pin specificaly. The pick gun works by vibrating the pins, so if it is touching the back of the lock it may not work properly.
You just need to touch all the pins at the same time and be careful not to to pass the last pin too much, so you don't touch the back of the lock.
By the way, can you pick those locks with regular tools? It helps a lot when you know exactly what,s going on inside the lock. Me for instance, never been able to properly use a snapper, even on basic locks I can pick in 2secs!

A Lock pick gun is designed to open locks without much knowledge and experience in lock picking. A lock picking gun is also called a snap gun and thanks its working action to letting the pins in a lock open simultaneously, after which they can be opened with the help of a tension tool.
