picking the American security locks.........HELP!

my dad had a model 10 and model 30 American....man i got 2 pins but i cant figure how to pick it...i tried WD40 but i still cant get it. I used light tension and a half hook. Anymore advice would really help.

Getting to Carnegie isn't too bad, but just try and find reasonable parking!
