possible U-Haul solution/suggestion

From looking at your pictures--one potential problem presents itself which may prevent your attempts at opening... the #4 pin. The #3 pin is longer, and sits farther down in the keyway, if it is picked to shear line first--thus there is the potential of disturbing it when you go to pick #4. Make sure your hook pick is deep enough to push the #4 into place without disturbing #3.

Especially with those darned spools in there... security pins + nasty bitting = sad picker.

abus and knockoffs

German Abus discus padlocks are fully welded seam, even in the area beneath the shackle. I believe that you have one that is possibly the taiwan model, as in the last picture of it, you can see that the seam is not welded under the shackle indent. I believe that this will not be a hard lock to pick after you start getting it and doing it again and again. use a drop of oil on it and learn to recognize the slight turn that indicates it is picked in the cylinder but hasn't engaged the shackle yet.
