hey i know this has been posted before and i tried googling it and couldnt find it but if some one could post the link on how to make lock picks out of wind sheild wipers i would appreciate it.

You make the the tension wrench out of it, generally not the pick itself, but you could I guess, though in my experience the best tension wrenches are made from safety pins.

Honeslty though, just pick up a cheap set. It's not so absurdly expensive, and will get you started with decent tools. Just make sure you have two different hooks, a rake or two, and two different sized tensionwrenches, and the rest is just patience and practice.

I second the purchase of a SMALL commercial set. Then add a few more tension tools using winshield wiper insert. How to make them will be obvious. Then, after you learn some about picking, add some picks. It is fairly difficult to truly understand the scale of some of these tools from pictures on the internet. Get a small set if only for this purpose.
