Bypass small padlocks in less than 3 seconds.

Seems not of a bypass method, just random movement of a flat plained piece of steal, i would image that even on a cheapo lock if the pin config. its bad you would just over set pins, even on a 3 pin lock (ex. 151) there would be no way to successfully push the back pin up to the right hiegth using something without an angle like a hook without interacting and oversetting the middle pin.
