I've got one of the slimmer ones (fake Master 140 looking). I picked it up at a Tops for a few dollars. Extremely easy to open. Actually, when I first got it I could barely open it with the key it was so poorly made. You had to jiggle it a bit to even get the key all the way in.

diagram of bypass?

Does anyone have a diagram of what is happening with the bolt bypass shown in Jimb's video? It would be cool to be able to visualize what this bypass is mechanically doing.

It's just sliding the latch to release the shackle.
