I don't take other people's word for it, I go try it myself and I did....
I caught 3 butterflies, taped them to a tension wrench, and that's the last I saw of the butterflies and the tension wrench :-(
Puff, gone out the window .........
So it's not a runner as an idea , sorry about that !!!

You are supposed to knock them out first.

Well Mr Stupidie head could have said that could he not, that was a good tension wrench I lost!
Anyway I know next time, meanwhile a neighbour reported to me that she saw three butterflies holding a metal bar flying past! I told her she must be seeing things :-)

3 butterflies and a ninja

Postby Claustrarius » 2 Jun 2007 19:46

Personally I like the three butterflies analogy. Now, if he'd said one butterfly all us noobs would hardly touch the wrench and get nowhere. Two might have done it but three is much more auspicious and interesting numeralogically speaking. On the other hand as a badass ninja from Hell I'm biassed toward all this Oriental mumbojumbo anyhoo.

Irony? Yeah, it's like goldy or bronzy 'cept it's made out of iron.

I guess I could have said 3.1415926535892 butterflies.

But really, this happened and it helped me out, and the number was 3.
