WHAT IS THIS, THEY ARE TO HELPING HIM. every post here is a way to open it. Personally though, THis is my way.
Its a T-Lever lock, obviously. These are hard to get around. So attack the lock. Since it is a T lock afterall, just make it lowercase, now its a t lock, then just erase the little t, and *makes magical noises* no more lock, and you can open it!

Yea all the post do tell a way of opening the lock in a fantasy world or blowing up the lock where it will never work again. And your way..... Why don't you just say close your eyes and and make a wish. I really think you missed my point by a mile. Or your understanding of my post was to much for you to understand and went over your head. In any case my post befor stands, there was no real help given and there is a good reson why....

CobraONE -- WHOA, no need to get hostile. I am absolutely positive that Pheniox knows exactly what your talking about, you just might not entirely understand how to recognize sarcasm. Read around the board a little more, theres an abundance of it
Anyways, I cant believe i never thought of that though!!! I just kept trying to erase it!! I forgot that you had to make it lowercase BEFORE...stupid me
Thanks for showing me the light Pheniox!!

Well I'm sure I can use your tips on how to handle this one
Anyhow it's not a soda machine I want to get in to, believe me I can spend a dollar for a can of soda. It is some type of machine I want to look inside of, but it's no vending machine. I could "tie it with a rope and tie it to a pickup truck", but then it would be "noticable". If there is someone who can open this without involvement of their fantasies.....they get my respect.

Slapnuts, since T handle locks are commonly found on vending machines, you may be able to understand the way this thread has progressed. LP101 does not condone any illegal activity whatsoever....period! The regular users are bombarded frequently with questions pertaining to vending machines, laundry machines, phone boxes etc. are are quite frankly sick of it.
Secrecy surrounding the purpose of gaining entry to such a lock leaves you wide open to speculation as to your intentions.
An initial more thorough post, giving some background as to ownership/intention would have been forthcoming. You could do this now, but first impressions do last.
If it ain't broke.....pull it down and see how it works anyway!

Slapnuts, I know that at least four of the people actively posting on this thread would have no problem in opening your lock, just to let you know. We are qualified to advise you. Do us a favor, and get some pictures of the machine, lock etc.

I have an old coke machine which I bought at a yard sale for 30 bucks. The only thing is it's locked and have no idea how to get it open. Would drilling be an option? or can I get a locksmith? I'm trying to do this the cheapest way possible. Thanks,
Suge
P.S. It's an old 60-70's model, I have a picture link what it kind of looks like, http://www.geocities.com/sydneybound200 ... achine.jpg
It has that tubular lock on it.
