Thx for the kind comments.
Calvinism: Could you post a picture of your handles?

I make the handles myself, from knurled aluminium. However, in this case the gluing proved not to be good enough. The tubes I used were slightly short, resulting in little space for a handle on the feeler. While working on the lock, the glued handle came off. I therefore silver-soldered on a piece of hex brass, and attached a small bolt. The finished result is not pretty or polished, but it serves the purpose.

if you need a good source of knobs for 2 in 1 picks look at the thumb turn from a europrofile key and turn cylinder round ones work best. If you are decoding a lock superglue will work well as you will not need large amounts of torque. Many of the euroknobs have a grub screw in them and this can be used to adjust and fit an indicator wire the grub screw will crush the pipe so use only enough pressure to do the job. as far as the bit goes i have no shortage of old safe keys , i file them down and make them fit in the tube leaving the bolt thrower only another bit can be cut down to fit to the pipe in the same way these tend to be either forged or stainless bits and in the case of some older safes they can even be carbon steel.

Get rid of the knob on the bolt thrower and use the wire bent to 90 degrees for the handle, use some nice soft rubber tube or plastic compressed air line to make it more comfortable if the wire guage is small.
If you get a large radius on the wire bend it will be less likely to distort during use as for the knob on the lifter i prefer to make it from aluminium for better feedback with a minimum diameter of 1.5 inches for the yanks and about 38.1 mm for the rest of the world
Try to make the bits for the bolt thrower from old forged pipe keys by inserting the wire down the pipe and silver soldering in place leaving the shank as long as you can and the bit for the bolt thrower narrower than the locks bolt so it doesnt interfere with the bottom lever.
If the wire is a large enough guage then you can file a small flat area behind the knob and paint it white to draw some marks for the positions of the levers.
Also fitting a collar behind the knob to limit its travel to the range of the lever pack makes it bit easier to pick or decode
