My two cents about repinning :
I bought half a dozen EU locks (1 or 2 euro each on the local flea market - if you have no flea market I assume every local locksmith -wherever you may live- has stacks of old locks) and cut them in two so to have two identical locks.
Then I removed all pins and started combining them.
For example :
an AGB (italian made lock, very professional, almost identical to CISA locks) had two normal pins and three spool pins each.
Not too difficult to repin one of the two locks with four normals pins and a spool one, and then three normal, two spool, etc etc.
The CISA locks (bought two, very well machined, for the huge amount of 2€ both

) have ONE normal, three spool and a serrated pin.
So choices are almost endless, as you can imagine.
Now, all this great theory, but I wish I could open the CISA I repinned with ONE normal and ONE spool...
