After ordering the Locksmith versions, it occured to me that I have a friend who's a Detective. I wonder if i could've gotten him give authorisation for me to get the Government version.

Alarms are what I actually do for a buck and I was just not impressed with either their design or the content of the "government" portion. Just my 2 cents.
I did this for a living for almost nine years, Alarm Service Investigator, I would be interested in hearing what the manual had to say about B/A Bypass because, quite frankly, I have read what one private vendor teaches law enforcement and it is based on 1970s technology and I don't know how they think they are going to get past some of the stuff today or even 20 years ago.

I'm sure this is the one and only book in the world that doesn't exist on TPB...

What actually does constitutes whether you are suitable to obtain the Government version ? Would a normal police officer pass, if not, what about a police officer that was a entry specialist that has to find quick and successful entry into well protected places under warrant ( such as a big illegal drug factory or vaults/safes containing high profile illicit material or put simply; do you have to work for the highest and most secretive, masonic CIA department? Not only this, put HOW exactly would you prove this, would an e-mail from your company e-mail address count, a copy of an official purchase order and if not what?
Thanks guys and gals, Scott.

on the topic of sharing information gotten thru a security clearence bing illegal... this is not applicable here as a soldier (or gov't employee with a need) can get the gov't version without a clearance... all you have to do is have a Gov't I.D. i do have a clearence but did not need it to get LSS+ so you can share this knowledge with others but im sure if u hacked it and posted it for free youd get introuble for plagerism and other copyright protection stuff... but im also sure Alcohol120 can make an iso allowing some1 to copy it to new disks and give it to a select few close friends without getting caught... just my thought... if alcohol cant do it nothing can lol

where there is a will there is a way... find a good crack generator(lol my version of Alcohol120 is the demo cracked to be the full version... same difference)... idk
i ddnt think this was a hacking forum so ill stay away from details as the maker of the program would not be happy with me if i gave his product to all his potential costomers
as a signal MOS in the army my job isnt to hack anything... its to prevent and sotp people that try to hack so alot of the same principals aply. anything can be cracked
lol its not like im giving it to people who would never get it id be taking a large portion of his clientel if i gave a link to i crack here...
all im sayin is if you want it bad enough a decent hacker could get you thru the codes... might cost a bit
people good enough to hack things are like people good enough to pick locks... all you gotta do is find the right communiy and know enough to get in the door...
ok im talking too much like a bad guy so ill stop... do the rest of the research yourself.

We don't have to, Marc's a friend of ours in real life, so we just give him cash and he gives us a stack of LSS+ CD's and a key. It's quite the system. Please, no more talk of cheating the system, LSS is worth every penny. I know you can get a torrent version of it, we're all aware of it. Marc's also a lawyer and he doesn't stand for that sh1t. The only way this community will grow is if we support each other. Squelchtone

I recently found a .pdf file that is supposedly LSS+ (the government one) and it's labeled as version 5. I'm not exactly sure how they're numbered, could anyone comment on this?

Yeah, If you haven't received a license code from Mr.Tobias himself, its illegal, and as mentioned before,he is a very successful lawyer so I wouldn't go about telling everyone that it exists as its considered Promotion of an illegal activity i.e. Piracy Scott.

Alrighty, since people can't seem to get this through their heads, I'll just spell it out slowly: any further references to cracking software and downloading things you don't own will be deleted without warning. Marc knows his book is out there. It's common knowledge. This community as a whole frowns on stealing things, and it's even worse when we steal from our friends (argue about the morality of this elsewhere). We aren't that other site--which incidentally went down in flames.

HMMm, I don't know for sure but didn't a moderator tell all of us that this wasn't allowed. Get a job and buy a copy for yourself. Marc worked hard on this, you work hard save your money and you can have a copy.
