Never too dated to add videos  . Good job!
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!

udanis:
What brand of lock is that in your first video? I've got a chateau C970 that looks just like it. I've worked on it off and on for 2 days and can't get it opened. Is there a trick to it?

Thanks.

That is a master lock #40, it is big, shinny, and easy to pick. It has 4 pins.

Thanks for the info. Mine has 5 pins and the 4th pin sets really low. It makes it hard to get to the 5th pin.

aneros video is almost as much fun as doing it yourself. hes quick. wow this thread is more interesting since it got resurrected, I took a look at the profile on black wave, while his post count is 21, clicking on allpostsbyblackwave only brings up 6 matches, so he musta got three quarters of his posts moderated. :? Blackwave is some kinda legend here, apparently hes dissappeared or something.
