ok so i can get open a few locks...master lock that i practice with and like two more...but i cant ever get anything else open and im getting frusterated..i read the MIT lock picking guide and it helped me but thats about it does anyone have any tips and easy ways to get open locks?

Just practice, thats the best way, theres no quick ways and as for bypassing its not really a subject for the open forums.

Practice practice practice im afraid, if your struggleing get some differant locks and come back to those.

okay there are easy ways to open locks, and there are skillful ways to open locks...

one takes longer but gives great satisfaction when achieved and the other is simply with the purpose of opening doors as quickly as possible.

maybe it's just me but manual skill always wins in my oppinion.

db came up with some good ideas.

buy a repinnable lock, then read my guide on how to take them apart, then follow the excercises db went to the trouble of writing.

Yes it will take ages, but it's just a matterof time and patience.
