Hello everyone, My name is Andrew i live in Reading Pa. I have been a hobby lock picker for some time now, but i have recently decided to take the fooley course for locksmithing. I would just like my first post to let everyone get to know me and my tool and lock arsonal.

My Tools
southord 20 piece pickset
7 pin tubular lock pick (New model)
Southord Snap gun
And random Homade picks (when i first started)

My Lock Arsonal
1. Master padlock # 3 (Picked)
2. Brinks pad lock,Its the cirsular version (unpicked)
3. Kwikset dead bolt (Picked up to 4 pins)
4. 3 or 4 random no namers

My first major questions is has anyone had any luck with the Brinks circular style lock. I have read through the search there are spool pins, but my main question is, to ge tthe pins to set it takes an almot unreal amount of tension. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also i have a tubular lock pick i have recently aquired. And my buddy who owns his own vending company. Many cranes with stuffed animals and gumball machines. He gave me his permission to try and pick these so called ace-2 locks he aquired. I tried and prevailed. I have read that simple impressioning methods wont work. Well to say the least knew locks were purchased. But i am still curious. Are there cheap ace 2's?

And so end my first post i hope to learn some things, i also have to add that through surfing through here i found some humurous posts, like HOW TO CRACK A SAFE?... just thought it was a bit of a laugh. Cya guys hope to hear from you soon. Fare well

Andrew...newbie  [/b]

Andrew,

If you are willing to take the drive from Reading to Easton, we have a lockpicking group that meets regularly here. We would be happy to have you visit.

Sure that would be great. I am kind of on my own around here with lock picking, i dont trust my firends... sounds bad but it took alot of hardwork and practice to learn what i did, and i would hate to see it wasted on someone with only illegal purposes in mind.

But i would be very interested in visiting your group. Have any idea on how to get to easton from reading? AH! i got it! if you could give me a general address of where the meetings are i can use map quest... helped me before will do it again:O)
