i have Tri circle padlock 364.... i don't know how to pick it ... i have home made tool not working properly....can some body tell me how can i pick it & which tool will be the best for it......

1. insert tension wrench
2. apply slight force
3. insert pick
4. maintain tension
5. push each pin up until it does not feel like it has caught.(not sure how I can tell)
6. lather, rinse, and repeat

clayton's got it right - just remember that step #6 is the most important.
