I have a tri-circle 263 (made in china). Could anybody tell me about this lock as i have heard that i may have to do all the pins in a specific order. P.S do not want to break it open, must remain intact

Tri-circle are a bad make of padlock which makes them very hard to pick.

They are pickable but you will have so much trouble picking it.

Goodluck anyway! :D

They are reasonably made and very easy to pick in my opinion.

I found them hard before, but it's fairly wasy. DO NOT RAKE THESE LOCKS - the pins are made of very soft metal, and the rakes will wear them away super fast.

Shrub beat me to it. Shim it.

I'll post a pic of one I did from a farm, that was too rusted to pick.

Wait 'till tomorrow, I'm not going out to the workshop this late.

Hello! Guyz, Well This is My Second Post. I Must Say That, Whatever I Learned about this Skill, All Credit Goes To Lockpicking101.com , yeah I know there is MIT Guide, But i never knew about it, if i didnt come to lp101 :)

Sorry for bad grammar as English is not my First Language.

Well u must be wondering how come i learned or wotever..as its my second post, But i m Searching this Forum from 2 Months.. QUIETLY :P

well, I loved to share my thougts but My Dialup always Discourage me :P but when i see this Topic about Tr-Circle , i thought i shuld Interchange some Information.. cuz i m now a days working on them :P and wuld like to share some info. Well , About my Lockpicking skill, I learned, Lock Mechanism, Lockpicking Pin-Tumblers..

I still remember First time, when i Read MIT Guide.. And i was Like WOW.. and Aggressive to Lockpick..but i havnt got tools, and i got no Credit Card to Buy Online. :P and At My Location , Only I know About LockPicking.. ahh i dont know about Thieves :P :D but then i downloaded Pyro's Video On Making Picks.. So i Made 1 Hook Pick, And A Tension Wrench , Yes There is A Long Story About Tension Wrench Cuz i broke 4 to 5 Tension Wrenches lol.. any ways,,

Then i started Trying on My Drawer's Lock , i dont know about its name.. but there is 505 written on It :) and it was like a Joke..lmao.. When I Opened It, I was Like In HEAVEN!! ahhh it feels Very Good When U Open A Lock.. Or When You Know, I mean When You Can Totally Feel The INside of A Lock. anyways, then i opend 808 verision of that Lock.. that was so easy too.. Then i try to open each and every lock around myself :P i succeeded 80% cuz there are Tri-Cirle Locks around Too that make me fail :P I Tried Very Hard On That Same Lock Which is SHown in This Topic..

I Already Knew about Security Pins, and I Decalred that it has Security Pins.. I Havnt Opened It b4.. Then i Bought a small Tri-Circle lock.. there is no Number Written on It.. so i picked it and Succeeded.. After It I wanted to Pick that Big Tri-Cirlce lol , so i thought of opening it.. I bought a New One.. And OPened The Old One.. I Bought New One To rpelace for The Old One :P ok i opened it, and got 3 spool pins :( .. The Funny Part is , Then i Tried Picking the New Tr-Circle, i just Bought in replacment for that Old Lock.. I was Trying to set Pins One By One.. but i just stoped, and thought i cant open that security pin Lock :( so i started raking it, OH MY GOD , I Think WIth Just 2 or 3 Time Srubbing It Opend, LMAO.. and i was LIKE..!! Cant Explain lololol.. I TRied Raking Again.. It Opened... so, It Always open with Raking.. so i tryed opening it pin by pin.. but its very difficult for me to express how i feel inside it..

These Locks are very starange.. SOmetimes I Cant Feel The Binding PIns.. I M Unable To Understand The Set Pins.. But Anyhow It Opens in a minute of this procedure.. BUT im Sure There is No Security Pin it :)

Now I want to ask You Gentlemen that How Can I Pick This Lock , With Having Security Pins.. as i have no Experience about how to pick lock having Security Pins.. well it will be Better if Someone.. Tell mE Regarding This Lock.. TRI-CIRLE . How Can We Understand How Many Security PIns Inside, And How To Set Pick The Lock :(

THANK YOU VERY MUCH !

REGARDS
