Other than a pat on the back - i am not sure what we have learnt here!
Why the tension wrench on the back of the Dom lock - you couldnt do it if fitted in the door?

The winkhaus VS series of locks are not sidebar locks. The use a passive system of pins that interact with the milling on the side of the key. Really no extra picking resistance there, only extra key control.
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!

To Zeke79: Ok, you're right. I'm Spanish and it's not easy for me to speak english without making any vocabulary mistake. Please excuse me
To horsefeathers: 1º This are only a few videos, and a lot of people have posted threads like this. Of course you dont learn anything new here: It's obvious !!!! I can pick that DOM lock the way you say, but for a video is much easier the way I did.
Thanks for the comments....

Carl, i havent seen your vids as i normally dont bother with them as i only have so much time to see the same thing over and over again daily,
I have to say though that you are quite right, loads of others post the same stuff and get pats on backs etc so why should you be any differant,
I make comment to say well done, thanks for posting, glad your having a go and manage to open some good locks,

wow, it seems that you like that snake that you use for single picking, I had one very simular that i use to use. tip: never let your newbie friends use your fav picks. lol first show them how to make there own. so they dont damage break your. this is now common sense. but just for those who are too nice. learn from me, you dont want to see your fav picks in the pick cemetary.
when is a door not a door??? when its ajar

actually, theres a lot of technique in the way he twists and moves that pigtail rake. I think its very encouraging for people to see this picking a ten pin dom IX lock. Im gonna look at it again and watch the movement of that pick. as to the tensor on the back, its easier to film that way, but it would not make it significantly harder to do it from the front if the lock were mounted.
Excellent video, thanks for sharing.

i am not sure he can place instruction on how to... at least not for beginners and leave it in the pick-fu area. i am guessing it would then go to the advanced area... though i would love a little bit of explanation myself.
