Go to the "Lockpicks-Manual" forum and check out the stickies at the top. Theres a couple of really good guides and discussions there on that subject.
If a lock is a puzzle, then its key is the complete picture

Cut it down to size (choose a shape from other posts)
Use a dremmel or a hand file.

And if anyone needs some hacksaw blades cheap... I'll sell you boxes of 50 for $10. PM me if your interested.

Otherwise I think they're like $1.80 for sets of 2 at the local hardware store.

I can have 12" blades 10 for a price of 1.60 EUR or 2.28 USD, so that 1.80 for two sounds awfully high...

Yea well the $1.80 price is for the big commercial hardware store. Otherwise I can buy the box of 50 blades for like $5 at a real small local shop. Just wanted to see if anyone needed a good deal.

Ever heard of Harbor Freight? They have a website (no, I'm not affiliated with them, just an enthusiast) I don't know what the shipping would be to your location, though. I got a box of 50 hacksaw blades (cheap chinese ones) for about $3 US.

To the OP, you really don't need to see a guide to making lock picks out of hacksaw blades, just look at some pictures of lockpicks, and grind the saw blades as close as you can. With practice, you should be able to make some pretty decent picks. It does help to have some instruction, though.

Check out these threads for some tips

Here's an interesting post on another material that you can use to make picks.
