I had a few free hours on the weekend and this is the result. Nothing fancy but functional.

I used Threaded inserts and 1/4" bolts to hold the cylinders in. I'm in the process of finding Brass bolts to add to the colour.

That is sweet. You should mount a mini samurai sword display stand on the top to hold your picks so you can show off the handles better. I may have to borrow your idea I was trying to come up with a good way to mount locks in the limited space of a barracks room.
