Had some spare time and made a print template for making a shim out of a can. Its PDF format and if you print it without with "Page scaling" setting selected to none in acrobat, it will print in correct size (1:1). Don't know if its really useful but it might help someone (I hope). btw, I am thinking of doing some drawings of some lock picks in same 1:1 ratio for anyone wanting a good accurate template for doing home made picks if you guys are interested.
