Bought some locks at a japanese harwdware store recently. Was really surprised at all the different types of locks they had at an everyday hardware store, lots of variety, bought the ones that stood out to me. A couple of them I believe are in the sesame lock category. At first I tried picking them by putting tension on the shackle or looking in the gaps for bars or gates like most the ones ive seen in the us, but that was not working very well. Then a friend came in, looked at them and noticed something pretty cool. When you press in the little tab that is used to open them, it will bump the first number blocking it, and you can see it move. Its harder to see them move on the lock on the left, and you may have to go through the numbers pulling the button counter clockwise, and watch/feel to see if ppressing the button to open the lock pushes it clockwise again, but it works pretty well for both of them. The lock on the left also has a button on the back that pushes all the numbers back up for after you close it, makes it too difficult to use the tension technique really.
