WOOT! Part II

To celebrate my picking my first 5-pin, I went to the local Habitat for Humanity ReStore and bought another cylinder. I got a crusty looking Kwikset for a quarter and... I PICKED IT.

WOOT! For the first time, I SPP'ed a lock that I have never seen before!

I feel GREAT! My personal rules dictate that in order to claim victory over a challenge, I have to do it twice.

SCORE!

What's next? Dunno.

I've got six Kwikset cylinders that I got out of door knobs so I could salvage their springs and pins, I' could put them back together and pick them.

I've also got two Schlage cylinders that I've been working with.

Congratulations!

Now you know the feel of a small personal success.

 Just feel the power flowing through your veins and nerves.

I gotta share!

... and since I think it would be tacky to start another thread... I'll post it here.

I have proven to myself that I have made my first breakthrough.

Tonight I sat down and pinned up four different Kwikset knob cylinders that I have never picked, with four different keys and picked them all while watching TV tonight.

It wasn't pretty... but I got the job done.

Practice... practice... practice...

That's awesome congrats! I'm waiting on my first set of picks and practice locks to come in, I can't wait! I've been reading and rereading everything I can on here in anticipation.

And I just realized I replied to an old topic, I'm so sorry :(
Just a newbie here to learn. Don't mind my overly stupid questions :)
