If you are having difficulty getting that cylinder to turn remove your pick and relax the tension on your tension wrench. You can then listen to the pins drop upon release to know how many have been picked. This technique can help you home in on the ones causing trouble !

ya, I agree. u really have listen to what the lock is "saying". i do that often when i find a new lock. I rake it a few times to see how easily the pins drop. then pick them individualy.
