iv just made my first pick but i dont know if it is ok for its job,can i have some advice on my pick for any improvments. thanks

Pretty good for a first pick. You might want to make the handles longer on your next ones.

Now you just have to remove the paint, and buff it 'till it shines and you've got yourself a nice pick. :)

That does look pretty good oxon16, let us all know how well it functions for you. Chrispy is right - slightly longer handles would be more user friendly.

i opened my first lock with it a couple of days ago and works on a non-brand lock fine but am having trouble with a abus lock. Iv made three more now,a rake,dimand,half round,but i think the half round is a bit off with sizing,have a look on my website
