You're having trouble because no such statistics exist. It's like asking how many Toyota Camry owners like going to Taco Bell for lunch on Tuesdays. Some for sure, but how many, nobody will ever have a number or percentage on that sort of info.
SC1 5 pin is probably going to be 99% of residential Schlage SC keyway locks in the USA, and SC4 is going to be found in 30% to 50% of business Schlage SC keyway mortise cylinders on aluminum doors. That's from my personal experience, you're mileage will vary state to state, and city to city. Like Gordon said, ask a locksmith in your area, they'll know how often the install 5 pin or 6 pin.
