Bump key trick

for some reason my 5 pin KW1 wouldnt work so i used the KW10 6 pin key and got it on the 3rd try, i pulled it out 2 clicks and no problem at all . im sure its a 5 pin lock so i dont know why the 5 pin didnt work . but just wanted to say thanks foe all the great info you guys post .

I remember now I had also tried something different, and filed down the shoulder completely, and stuck the key through 2 of those rings so the rubber was between the bow and the lock. I still have to make a decent bump key to try this properly, though.

There are some pencil grips (I think colored pencils) that have grips that work great. They are the perfect size and very bouncy

Or you guys can try some springs around the shoulders of the key. I remember I saw bosnian bill doing this once.
