Bump key for ASSA UL keyway

Made a bump key tonight for the ASSA 600 cylinder but should work with any ASSA or Ruko with the UL keyway profile. Posted this with another thread about the ASSA 600 picking so I apologize for doubling up. Ground the shoulder off and used an o-ring and rubber grommet so I could machine gun it. Worked too. Shocked me when it did. The ASSA was a 6 pinner and had old style christmas tree spools in all chambers.

Nicely done, Jim. Any particular difficulty bumping the Christmas tree spools? (Not that into bumping, so was wondering).

No difficulty at all really. Well, I made one key that spacing was off and could not get it to work. Then I cut another with more care. it would take quite a bit of time using the pull back method. So I decided to grind off the should and add the rubber bumper. I can whack it 15 or 20 times in just a few seconds. I think the machine gunning did the trick actually. 5 of the chambers in the core are counter milled. One is plain. But there were spools in all 6. I have a few miscut keys that I may just try to duplicate.
