I found this kids pencil with a large heavy round eraser on the end, and tried it, same result as using the handle of table knife, no luck.

They are in very limited production because the man that makes them is about 92 years old. Man, he must be one cool grandpa.

The one that I saw on the toool videos definately looked professionally manufactured, not hand made--nice and neat, one piece PVC handle (PVC comes in pipes, not strips, so that's one big reason I think it was manufactured), and 'Tomahawk' stamped across it.
Oh well, it's really only matters since we don't have any tech specs or quality scaled pictures to use for a template, so if zeke wouldn't mind posting a pic of it next to a ruler, and maybe measuring the dimensions of the head and weighing it, that should be quite sufficient for anyone who's interested to make their own

I will be sure to post any specs you want when it arrives . They are in fact though hand made.

Ok, I found a person to cut me some bump keys. He asked me how deep past the 999 cut do I want? I know I need it a little deeper in case the original key has a "9" cut. He suggested between .10 & .40? Is there preferred cut depth? Thanks in advance.

I find that either a half or a full pin depth works well. So if you are working with a schlage lock cut .075 for half or .15 for a full. A half cut seems to work well for me .

brain fart on my part. Full cut should be a .015 on a schlage. Half cut will be half of that.
