Bumpkey technical details

Postby InfernoMDM » 22 Jan 2006 22:25

Alright I am new to the bumpkey concept. I need a few details as I would like to show this concept off, and understand it more deeply. A lockpicking friend of mine suggested I get key depths from a manual. It has the depths and spaceing on it. Does anyone know a cheap/free version that has basic keys, such as padlocks, common doors etc.

If I purchase a specific lock could someone give me the specific depths so I can create the bumpkey.

PS I put this in in here since its not standard lockpicks, and semi mechanical. If a moderator doesnt think thats correct please move it.

First of all there's alot of reading you should do. Use your search button on the top of the page of this forum. Everything you ever wanted to know about bumping is already written down in here, and also by Google searching the web.
