Are the locks in europe in which pins are sided down like this: http://www.artdeco.sklep.pl/galerie/s/s ... k_4463.jpg vulnerable to bumping?

Zulfiqar, my own experience is the skills that are needed for the bumping method. It is not as easy as it looks on first, but the European locks are certainly vulnerable to it.

Personally I'm not a big fan of lock bumping. Most commercial bump keys don't work that well and it takes the right techniques. Plus, you can damage the lock if you use this method a lot I was told in a cursus a couple of months back. I'm not sure if I can please a link here, but you can find more information by typing 'lockpicking forensics' on google.
To lockpick or not to lockpick, it's a matter of practicing.
