"on"? you mean "that"? I would try Google or Yahoo! Answers. This is a forum for hobby lock pickers, and this sounds like an item you saw in a movie or tv show, not a lock/padlock I have ever seen before.

moving your post to the "questions from the public" area,

Well, if you Google "brass heraldic lock" and "opens when hearts are pressed", it takes you to exactly one website, of an Australian custom bookshop. For what it's worth, the craftsmanship on the book looks lovely... and the "lock" (a spring-loaded latch, actually) looks incredibly cheap by comparison.

Thank you all, yes I know of the bookshop in Australia and his books are very expensive way out of my price range. If anyone knows of a blacksmith or locksmith who is willing to make this for me I'll pay good money.

Please provide more info next time like the link to the lock you are talking about. We are not your personal Google search assistants!

I doubt you will find someone here who will make that for you. The reason it is expensive on the other site is because it is custom. If you find someone, they will also charge you a lot to make that sort of lock.

Try Etsy dot com.

t may be helpful to post a pic of the keyway.

Do you have any keys to them at all? If you bring a key to a locksmith they should be able to supply you with blanks.

You could post a pictures here of the key if you cover up the bitting for your own security.
