I need help with what equipment I need to buy to open this German lever lock. Specifically, I seek links to what equipment I need to buy to open (not destroy) the lock as fast as possible

I Will be very grateful for any help and I will transfer 100$ to the answer I find most credible

Yeah, once I replied, noticed the OP edited to add a link. Particularly considering that imgur link shows an in-use padlock, I'm not touching this either.

This feels rather suspicious.

I recommend you use bolt-cutters to cut off the lock, or contact a local locksmith. Should be a lot cheaper.
