Old LIPS padlock

Old LIPS padlock

Found this old padlock with two key holes. No keys...... :cry:
How old is this lock? Any idea?

No idea how old it is, but it looks really cool. Looking at the front and back, am certain it has been repaired before, if it is working at all. Maybe some of our other members will know more about the lock.

P.S. - if you'd like to sell or trade for it, send me a PM. Would love to see if it works, make keys for it and hang it on the wall as part of my collection.
