IT WORKED!!! Just like Deserthillsbill told me... 5/64" Allen down the side of the latch loosened the set screw, and BAM! Unscrew the mortise cylinder like any regular mortise cylinder lock. Thanks again! And thanks again to everybody who chimed in!  -Jonathan
