ASSA Ruko 2 padlock rebuild

Postby Jiffy 64 » 20 Apr 2014 18:12

I bought a ASSA Ruko Padlock at a car boot sale and a few other locks for a ridiculous price. However the Padlock is in bad a state. There is no key but the shackle is rusted and it can be pulled out so, I got into the the internals and took out the core and shimmed it from the back to get to the pins. I would like to know where I could get a key so I can cut a new one and if I can get a new shackle. PICS-http://imgur.com/a/zjk16#0

I think that this is the lock as it is a snap shut: http://www.hsl-online.com/assa-grade-3- ... -209-p.asp

Drool, drool, slobber, drool. :D

Wish I could find stuff like that at a boot sale! Have wanted a Ruko 2 for a while.

If you do an online search for ILCO key blank catalog, you can search their "International Cylinders" section and look at the selection of ASSA key blanks. There are many ASSA keyways, so good luck.
