Step 1: Don't pick locks in use.
Step 2: Don't pick locks in use.
Step 3: Don't pick locks in use.
Step 4: Since the driver pins have descended into the keyway and trapped it at 180 degrees, what you'll need to do is insert a tension tool or back of a half diamond into the bottom (now the top) of the keyway, and move the driver pins up enough to clear the plug. Rotate while doing this, and the plug will free.
Step 5: Don't pick locks in use.

I wont go into a rant at how much it bothers me when people say "on accident" because "by accident" sounds better (to me) and it is not the opposite of "on purpose" oh god, we're in the middle of a rant aren't we? ok.. wait. I can jump out of this.. ahhhhhhhrrhhgsjdghr.

ok here we are.. that's better.

what you got there is a classic case of the I picked locks in use and now I got me a 180.

folks like to say "dont tell me what to do" and we tell them "hey, dont pick locks that are in use, cuz sometimes bad things can happen" and they're like "but it's my lock, dont tell me what to do forum guy" and we're like "lol, we're just trying to help" so that's why we tell people not to practice picking on locks that they use to secure their homes. I hope this has been a valuable lesson ;-)

To fix this, insert the back of your pick or wrench, push up to make the driver pins stop blocking the plug from turning and turn left or right so get the plug back to the normal position. When a key is inside a keyway this doesnt happen, but during picking it is a common thing known as stuck at 180.

hope this helps, and if not, here's some pretty pictures: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=47988#p362641

how do the lock get to that point? did you use a "pick" and a "wrench" to pick it?

insert the handle of the wrench into the lock, push UP on the pins and at the same time try to turn the lock using the wrench you are pressing upwards. I gave you a link to pretty pictures that walk you through it.. have you looked at that?

I'm at a loss for words.. I remember the 1st time I did this ON A PRACTICE LOCK. It took me probably 30 seconds figure out what had happened.

Other possiblity is if your key was a shallow to deep cut
And you've removed the key in 180 position

Just mentioning as your initial post does not mention
Picking the lock

How to correct has already been discussed
