Since it doesn't have a keyhole, you can't pick it.
You could decode it though...
Start at 0000 then 0001, 0002, 0003, and so on, until it opens.
It should open somewhere from 0000 to 9999
Start from 1900 to 2020 as most people choose easy to remember or important to them years.
Then do 2021 to 9999 and 0000 to 1899.
