RUGOL wafer padlock

Found an old Rugol wafer padlock. Original advertisement and aluminium keys stamped "New York, N.Y."
The key is required to relock/close the shackle, although it will also permit a standard shackle closing if the key is full turned Right and removed.
The key has cosmetic cuts.

Wow, A nice find! The lock looks like it's been around for a while, Nice that it has both keys but even more supersizing is it has the "opening" tag. Thanks for sharing.
