Does anyone know much about these?

Yes, very common here in Finland. I would guess it´s from 70´s or 80´s.
Looks new, it even has the original key tag. I thing they used to put a sticker with key code on that.

No its not new, just the best of the lot.

Here are a few others that are not quite as nice and no keys. The one on the left looks older with no number on the face
