Please help identify this safe

Hello, I am new here so sorry if I do anything wrong.

I noticed a safe in the corner of my friend’s office and asked him about it. He said it was there when he moved to the office and had no idea what was in it or how to open it. We tracked down the two previous occupants and they knew nothing about it. This means that it hasn't been opened in over 20 years.
On the side of the safe was an old piece of paper that had the following info written on it.
? = torn/damaged paper
*********************************
ZAA10060
7 22 ??
CAB. Class B
1 ∆ Ralier
7/10 - 66
Newton 07
*********************************
I have tried researching this info and have come up empty.
Any help/info will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum simcol505.

The dial reminds me a mark IV manifoil. If this is the case, manipulating it open would be almost impossible, at least for a hobbyist. If 7 and 22 are the first two numbers of the combination, and the combination hasn't been changed, you may easily brute force the last number... ie try all the 100 possibilities for the last number and see if it opens.
Keep in mind that a manifoil needs the dial to be returned to a specific number after you've set the combo, so look into it before wasting time trying the wrong opening procedure.

Good luck and let us know if you succeed.

Cheers :)

Welcome to the forums!

Can you take a close up/clear picture of the front of the dial so we can see any markings? Also, a picture of the paper you have might be helpful although you posted most of that information.

In terms of getting into it, Femurat is right. Without the combination, you are looking at a manipulation which would require a safe tech unless you happen to know how to do that. But if you do have two numbers to the combination, you might be able to get into it.
