Valentine & Butler safe

Postby Gnnineo » 29 Sep 2016 19:41

hello, I bought a Valentine & butler safe at an estate sale many years ago in hopes of fixing it up and displaying it. It did not come with the key and for years I've either tried myself or had a locksmith come out and try and pick it with no luck. Is there anyone with advice on how to get this open? Or what the value of it would be if I can't get it open, I will try and sell it. Also don't know what's inside, I'm hoping a treasure.

Thanks for any help

I moved your question to its own thread in the This Old Safe area, the thread you replied to was a place to Introduce yourself as a new member, not a place to ask specific questions about a lock or safe.
