Anyone have any slick ideas for installing a LaGard Basic in place of a S&G or other safe lock?
As you probably know the LaGard Basic uses a 6-32 (I think) stud for the keypad while everyone else uses holes tapped 8-32. Firstly are there inserts to convert 8-32 to 6-32? Failing that anyone know of LaGard studs in the larger size?
Lastly, if the answer to the above is negative; do you think there is a market for 8-32 LaGard studs?

I don't work on them enough to justify them BUT I know of a few techs that use recoil kits that ALCOA sells for this very dilemma.

Wish I knew; these were just verbal conversations. Might consider calling and trying to have someone assist? There website is a headache.
