How old?

Forgot how to dial the combination on that old safe? Think you got the right numbers but the handle is stuck? What safe should you buy? Ask your safe questions here!

How old?

The serial or "handle" number is 280121. Mosler safe. Am I correct that it was made in 1919? According tho the chart on this website? I am also looking to sell it.

Hello and welcome to the forum,

1919 sure sounds right based on the list here: https://www.lockpicking101.com/viewtopic.php?t=62920

A photo of the safe would help us confirm what you have. upload it to imgur.com or photobucket or facebook and copy/paste the http://place.com/nameofphoto.jpg here for us to take a look see.

Thank you

Yes, let's see it! I'm anticipating... is it a standard square model with a friction fence lock, a thick wall fire safe, maybe a cannonball, or my favorite, a screw door bank chest??? I can't wait.
You call that a safe? Let me show you a real safe...
