Mosler Safe Help!

Here are some pics on my Mosler safe with the hope of getting some info on it. The person who did know the combo was my brother, who past away in April. We think it is 4 sets of numbers combo but not sure. Also, we don't know if rotation starts left or right.

He wrote the combo down, but he wrote it so it wouldn't look like a combo.

Here is the format written down, but not the actual numbers:

46 175 122

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

The combination could be like this grouping: 46 17 51 22

To dial the above (or whatever the real numbers are) dial like this:

Turn Left 3 times past 46, and stop on __46__ the 4th time around.

Turn Right 2 times past 17, and stop on __17__ the 3rd time around.

Turn Left 1 time past 51, and stop on __51__ the 2nd time around.

Turn Right until you stop on 22

Turn the handle and open the door.

Yes I have tried your suggestion and used the numbers backwards and also starting right instead of left. Neither worked.

Based on the photo I saw earlier, I believe you have a 4 number combination safe.

Try dialing it like this:


The combination could be like this grouping: 46 17 51 22

To dial the above (or whatever the real numbers are) dial like this:

Turn Left 4 times past 46, and stop on __46__ the 5th time around.

Turn Right 3 times past 17, and stop on __17__ the 4th time around.

Turn Left 2 time past 51, and stop on __51__ the 3rd time around.

Turn Right 1 time past 22, and stop on __22_ the 2nd time around

Turn Left until dial stops dead around 15 to 20 on the dial.

Turn the handle and open the door.

I never changed the settings. Left it on "Don't auto delete."
This will be the last attempt at posting images. A plasma cutter for a week is easier than doing this.
