Milner 212 - Door won't open

Hi all,

I am trying to open a Milner 212 which hasn't been opened for many years. Both the keys and handle turn and I can hear the mechanisms turning but the door seems to be stuck.
I suspect the door is rusted as the safe has been in a humid place for many years.

I would be very grateful for any information that you find useful to get the door moving.
I am a newbie and tried to upload the pictures, but not sure if done the right way.

I would try hammering around the edge of the door with a rubber mallet and some patience. Either it gets loose and opens or you need more brute force.

May Try Spraying PB Blaster all the way around door opening, and Hinges. Hopefully No Important Paperwork on Bottom
