Halls Wheel Pack Identification

I came across the wheel pack pictured in a box of stuff I purchased. I believe some of these can be quite rare and/or valuable. This also appears much larger than some of the other Halls wheel packs I own. I’ve heard that Halls made multiple size locks. Can someone share what they know about this.

The books know three sizes of the Hall's Premier. The wheel diameters are:
Small: 1 7/8"
Medium: 2 3/8"
Large: 2 7/8"

This must be a medium as the wheels are 2 3/8.

The “wings” on this looked different than the Premier locks I’ve seen online so I wasn’t sure.
